ENSURING ACCURACY BEFORE YOU COMMIT
We offer physical sample packet testing using your actual liquid product to evaluate filling speed, durability, and end-product quality. The testing process allows you to assess compatibility with our packaging solutions before investing in new equipment or films, minimizing risks and ensuring a seamless transition. Test filling can be performed at our facilities.
Our goal of test filling is to replicate your production environment as closely as possible. If your facility has a unique set-up or requirements, just let us know and we’ll adjust the test conditions accordingly.
We can test fill to determine the followings:
- Various film types such as transparent or metalized
- Cold fill or hot fill options
- Continuous or intermittent filling
- Multiple packet sizes if you’re still determining the best fit
Whenever possible, we welcome you to visit for hands-on experience with our equipment. Alternatively, you can ship a sample of your liquid product to us, and we’ll conduct the test, then mail the completed samples back to you for evaluation.
Additionally, we can conduct quality assurance testing to ensure your packets meet the highest standards by pressure testing at 100kg of pressure, verifying filling accuracy, and finalizing end-result quality inspection.
